The Wood River Museum and Visitors Center has exhibits that highlight some of the area's historical events. Some of those include the Wood River Massacre, the Flood of 1915, Lewis and Clark at Camp DuBois, the Standard Oil Refinery and the huge impact it had on the formation of the community and more.
The museum is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 1pm to 4pm. The museum is closed the month of January. An admission donation is suggested.
