The Gateway Geyser is located in the Malcolm W. Martin Memorial Park in East St. Louis, Illinois, directly across the Mississippi River from the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, Missouri. Its fountain is approximately 630 feet tall, which mirrors the height of the Arch. It is the second tallest man-made geyser in the world, second only to King Fahd's Fountain in Saudi Arabia. The geyser "erupts" daily at noon for 10 minutes, May through September. See website for more info about the Geyser and the park.
