Defiance Recreation - Katy Trail

The Katy Trail, a Missouri State "rails to trails" biking and hiking trail, can be easily accessed in Defiance. It is a great place to stop for refreshments during a day of biking or to stay awhile and spend the night at the local Bed and Breakfast.

Defiance Entertainment - Wineries

Defiance is on the Missouri Wine Trail and has several wineries, as well as being close to several others. Chandler Hill Vineyards and Sugar Creek Winery are the wineries found in Defiance. Mount Pleasant Winery, Montelle Winery, Balducci Vineyards and Noboleis Vineyards are found just down Highway 94 in Augusta.
