Biking in the St. Louis Area
Biking trails criss-cross the St. Louis Metropolitan area. Many of them are confined to the parks in which they are located. Others connect to trails that are located across the region to form a system of trails. The Katy Trail State Park is one of the longest "rails-to-trails" biking trails located in St. Louis and many other trails connect to it. Check out our list below for some nice biking locations.

Katy Trail State Park and Biking Trail - Katy Trail State Park follows the old route of the MKT Railroad along the Missouri River. Bikers can access the trail at numerous trailheads along its 225 miles length.
