The Festival of the Little Hills is St. Charles's largest event of the year and draws more than 300,000 visitors during the three-day celebration over a weekend in mid-August. The Festival is held on Main Street in Historic St. Charles, as well as in Frontier Park along the Missouri Riverfront. Activities include demonstrations by craftspeople and artisans with more than 300 craft booths with items for sale. Live music and entertainment can be found on the Main Stage in Frontier Park and on Main Street as Magicians and street performers roam the streets entertaining visitors. There are also a variety of food and beverage booths, with, of course, festival favorites of Kettle Corn, Funnel Cake and Pork Rinds and also more hearty fair of Bar-B-Q, Bratwurst, Hamburgers and Shish-Ka-Bobs! Admission to the Festival is FREE! See website for dates and entertainment lineup.
